The Old Redford Academy Special Education Department aims to educate all students with identified disabilities in the Least Restrictive Environment (LRE) in order to achieve standard curricular benchmarks. Utilizing differentiated instructional methodologies, our highly trained staff is committed to ensuring our students with disabilities achieve at high levels.
The vision of the Old Redford Academy Special Education Department is to provide a continuum of support and to remove any barriers to the development of confident, skilled students who will become contributing citizens. We will promote an atmosphere of mutual respect and honor all students as valued members of the Old Redford learning community.
